Biography - Kristin Archibald
Kristin graduated from Villanova University in 1994 with a degree in psychology and a minor in sociology. She went on to attend Villanova University School of Law from which she graduated in May of 2001. While at Villanova Law, Kristin was a Student Bar Representative, a member of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, a tax clinic student-attorney and a participant in the Dean's Law & Entrepreneurship Program among other things.
Prior to graduation from Villanova Law, Kristin gained a wealth of experience in the public arena by clerking for the Honorable Idee Fox after her first year of law school and interning at the Bucks County District Attorney's Office after her second year. Upon graduation from Villanova University School of Law in 2001, Kristin joined the boutique law firm of Horvitz Richards, LLP, where her practice focused on business planning, estate planning and taxation. Later, she joined the firm of Vaughan, Duffy & Connors, LLP where she gained experience in a variety of legal specialties including corporate and commercial litigation. Kristin left full time firm practice and began using her legal degree outside of the traditional legal arena. She transitioned her talents to the medical arena working as both an administrator and an executive recruiter.
Kristin brings a wealth of recruiting, marketing, and mentoring experience to her role as Associate Director of Recruitment. While in private law practice, Kristin was active in client development and mentoring junior attorneys and staff. Kristin has also gained valuable experience outside of the traditional practice of law through her management and recruitment positions. Through her previous positions, she has honed her skills at marketing, managing, and preparing candidates in their career strategy.
Kristin is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
