Disability Policy

The Law School works diligently at meeting the needs of students with disabilities, and grants reasonable accommodations provided that the requested accommodations do not fundamentally alter the nature of the academic program or compromise an essential aspect of the academic program.

Students seeking academic accommodations must submit written documentation, including supporting reports of tests and other measurements and assessments provided by a qualified treating professional, and transmitted directly from that professional with an original cover letter, to the Assistant Dean of Academic Success Services. More information can be found under the Accommodations section of this website.

Students with physical disabilities that require accommodations unrelated to the academic program should contact Nancy A. Whalen, Director of Student Affairs, at whalen@law.villanova.edu or (610) 519-5228.
