Student Recruitment Programs & How to Register
The Office of Career Strategy and Advancement enthusiastically invites your organization to participate in our Fall and Spring Recruiting Programs. Whether your organization is large or small, local or far away, private or public, our Programs can work for you. Villanova Recruiting Programs offer a wide variety of options for recruiting students for summer, part-time and full-time positions. Villanova Programs are free and available throughout the Fall and Spring Semesters. Simply choose a program from below and click the attached link to register. Contact Kristin L. Our office will publicize your opportunity, collect applications from interested students, and then ship the applications to you, according to a mutually convenient deadline. Pre-screen the applications and select the students you wish to interview. We schedule the interviews in an easy, efficient visit to our facilities, usually the Villanova Conference Center. If circumstances prevent you from visiting our campus to conduct interviews, we will publicize your opportunity, collect student applications, and transmit electronically one organized batch of student applications to you. If you are located in the Washington, DC metro area and cannot visit our campus to interview, please register for our Washington DC Job Fair co-sponsored by Villanova, University of Pennsylvania Law School, Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, Temple University Beasley School of Law, The Dickinson School of Law at the Pennsylvania State University and the Widener University School of Law.

GPALS Philadelphia Job Fair
Co-sponsored by Villanova, University of Pennsylvania Law School, Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, Temple University Beasley School of Law, The Dickinson School of Law at the Pennsylvania State University, the Widener University School of Law, and the Drexel School of Law, the GPALS Philadelphia Job Fair attracts dozens of out-of-state firms, government agencies, and non-profits.
