Biography
Ms. Kline is a Partner in the Litigation Department of Saul Ewing LLP. She concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on litigation involving insurers and reinsurers. Ms. Kline has also represented clients involved in commercial disputes concerning antitrust claims, breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud and accounting fraud. She has tried jury and non-jury cases, as well as arbitrations, and argued before the federal and state courts of appeal.
Ms. Kline graduated summa cum laude from Villanova University School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and received the St. Ives Medal. While in law school, she was Editor-in-Chief of the Villanova Law Review, which published her article, Limiting Operator Liability Under CERCLA: United States v. Cordova Chemical Co. Ms. Kline serves as a member of the Villanova Law Alumni Board of Advisors.
