Biography
Mr. Youman is a partner in the Philadelphia law firm Kline & Specter, P.C., where he specializes in civil litigation involving medical malpractice, product liability and other personal injury tort cases. He has won a litany of major verdicts and settlements, including the highly publicized case of a teenager who suffered severe brain damage after he was shot in the head with a BB gun that proved to be defective. Youman appeared on the ABC program 20/20 on that case, which was also featured in a 2009 book titled Two Boys. Youman for four years running (2006-2009) has been selected as among the top attorneys in Pennsylvania by Super Lawyers magazine.
