Biography
Ms. Upham is an Associate with Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen, LLP and is a member of the Tax Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in corporate tax law, including state and local income/franchise, sales/use, property and payroll taxes, as well as corporate income, franchise and sales tax restructurings. She has appeared before Pennsylvania , New Jersey and Philadelphia administrative appeals boards on both audit defense and refund issues. Prior to joining WolfBlock, Ms. Upham was a Manager in the State and Local Tax Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Philadelphia. Ms. Upham spent six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she concentrated on multi-state tax issues related to corporations, not-for-profit organizations and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Upham is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Tax Committee and the Philadelphia Bar Association's State and Local Tax Committee. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
