Biography
Ms. Nicolson is the founding partner of Nicolson Associates a litigation firm. She focuses her practice on the representation of product manufacturers, retailers and schools. In addition, she represents and counsels individuals and commercial entities in insurance recovery and insurance coverage related matters. Ms. Nicolson has been practicing law since 1989 and has represented clients in federal and state trial courts, courts of appeal, as well as, in domestic arbitration and ADR proceedings.
