Biography
Mr. Finch is the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance and Student Services at Villanova. In this capacity, he oversees all matter pertaining to compliance with the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) rules and regulations. Finch comes to Villanova from the University of Connecticut, where he served in a similar capacity. Prior to his tenure in Connecticut, Finch spent four years serving as a Membership Services Representative for the NCAA at its headquarters in both Kansas City and Indianapolis. Finch received his J.D. degree in 1994 from the University of Iowa College of Law. He also holds Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Iowa and spent two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Douglas L. Richards in Faribault County, Minnesota where he was admitted to the Minnesota Bar.
