Biography

Mr. Fee is a Deputy Area Counsel in the Large and Mid-size Business Division of the Office of Chief Counsel-Internal Revenue Service. His office is in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Fee serves as the principal advisor to the Area Counsel for Heavy Manufacturing and Transportation industries. He has oversight responsibility for tax compliance programs in specified industries and supervises a team of attorneys assigned as tax specialists in those industries. Previously, Mr. Fee was a trial attorney, Internal Revenue Agent, and Appeals Officer for the IRS in Philadelphia. He also practiced with a New Jersey law firm, where he concentrated in the areas of tax planning, IRS dispute resolution, and estate planning. Mr. Fee is a member of the Bars of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
