James Dinnage
Biography
Mr Dinnage currently serves as General Counsel of DuPont Performance Elastomers L.L.C., based in Wilmington, Delaware. He has practiced law for over 30 years in England and the United States, both in-house with DuPont and Conoco, and in private practice as an English barrister and later as a solicitor. He was a partner in the London office of Arnold & Porter from 1997 to 2000. His career has encompassed a wide range of business practice including oil and gas transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial arbitration, corporation law, and US and European antitrust. His publications include the second edition of Parry and Hardy, “EEC Law” (1981) and a casebook, co-authored with Villanova Professor John Murphy, on the Constitutional Law of the European Union (1996), of which a second edition was published in the Spring of 2008.
