Biography
Professor Turezyn graduated first in her class at the Pennsylvania State University, summa cum laude. She then attended Villanova Law School, where she was a member of the Villanova Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Upon graduation, she worked in the area of insurance defense. In 1984, she joined the faculty of the Delaware Law School (the predecessor to the Widener University School of Law) as a full time professor, where she taught in the area of Torts, Administrative Law and Labor Law. Beginning with the birth of her first child, she left the full time faculty and has been a Visiting Professor at Widener University School of Law. She has served in various leadership positions in church and school organizations and has served on the Crozier-Chester Hospital Ethics Board.
