Lucas Martinez-Villalba M.
Biography
Lucas Martínez-Villalba M. is a Colombian attorney, he is currently finishing his thesis on the application of the word “Terrorist” for rebel groups such as the FARC guerrilla, in order to finish his Masters Degree in Human Rights at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, in which he earned the Academic Merit scholarship.
Before moving to Philadelphia, Lucas was an associate at Rios Ferrer, Guillén-Llarena, Treviño & Rivera LLP in Mexico City where he practiced in the firm’s Administrative Law area, especially working in Public Private Partnerships, Corporate and Immigration Law. Prior to that, Mr. Martínez-Villalba worked for different Law Firms in his hometown, Cali, Colombia.
