Biography
Matthew Lister is currently a George Sharswood Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a Ph.D. in philosophy and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. in philosophy from the State University of New York, and a B.A. from Boise State University. From 2007 to 2009, he clerked on the United States Court of International Trade. Professor Lister will teach Immigration Law and Jurisprudence.
