Biography
Mr. McGovern earned his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Maryland. While working as a staff pharmacist at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, he earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland. After law school, he served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland representing the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. While earning his M.S.L.S. from Drexel University, Mr. McGovern worked at the University of Pennsylvania’s law and engineering libraries.
