Biography
Mr. Haney is a member of Haney & Hecht. His practice is devoted primarily to the representation of families owning closely held businesses, including federal, state and local tax planning, estate planning and administration of trusts and estates. Mr. Haney also represents clients in tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the City of Philadelphia. He is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Tax Court.
