Biography
Mr. Lundman is an attorney in the United States Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division, Appellate Section, where he represents the United States and its agencies in the United States Courts of Appeals. His practice involves a variety of environmental and natural resource statutes, including the Endangered Species Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and the Clean Water Act, as well as issues of administrative law, criminal law, and Indian law.
Before joining the Department of Justice, Mr. Lundman was an associate at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, DC. Prior to that, Mr. Lundman served as a law clerk to the Honorable Cornelia G. Kennedy on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
