Q: What is the application fee?

A: Yes, there is a $50 application fee.

Q: If English is my second language, are there any special requirements for admission?

A: Yes, an applicant who speaks English as his second language must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and submit the results with the application.

Q: Is there a set day that acceptance letters are mailed?

A: No, admissions into the Graduate Tax Program are done on a rolling basis as they are received.

Q: When I am accepted, do I need to put down a deposit to reserve my seat in the program?

A: Yes, when notification of acceptance is received, an applicant must pay a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve his or her seat in the program.  However, this deposit is credited against tuition.

Q: Does the Graduate Tax Program offer financial aid?

A: Yes, the Graduate Tax Program offers financial aid to qualified students through the Law School Financial Aid Office.
