Our Faculty
The program is taught by both full-time and adjunct faculty. The faculty is engaged nationally in both scholarship and service, with faculty publications including recent placements in prominent law reviews and specialty tax journals, and numerous tax management portfolios used widely by practitioners and cited by many courts. Faculty members are actively involved with the Tax Sections of the American Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association and the J. Edgar Murdock Inn of Court.
Our adjunct faculty members are some of the region’s top private and public sector practitioners from national law and accounting firms and the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. Our adjuncts are at the cutting edge of the profession and many are involved in leadership positions in the Tax Sections of the American Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
