Minority Student Associations Celebrate
Faculty, staff, members of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, Black Law Students Association, Latin American Law Students Association, and the South Asian Law Student Association gathered in the Blank Rome Dining Room to celebrate the Minority Student Associations Banquet. The Villanova Law Minority Alumni Society co-sponsored the event. Members from each student organization were recognized for their contribution and dedication to the organization throughout the 2009-2010 year. Tejal K. Mehta’08, an associate at Ballard Spahr LLP in Philadelphia, gave the keynote address. Mehta stressed the importance of pursuing a career in the legal field that one finds both rewarding and challenging.
