SELJ Explores Professional Sports and Antitrust Legislation
VLS Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, “Where do Professional Sports Leagues Stand after American Needle v. NFL?” will be held at the Law School on January 29, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. The symposium will explore the fundamental legal and economic arguments surrounding the business of professional sports and the purpose of antitrust legislation. It will be preceded by the Environmental Law Journal Symposium which will focus on the challenge of balancing renewable energy’s environmental benefits and ecological concerns will focus on the challenge of balancing renewable energy’s environmental benefits and ecological concerns.
Each program has been Approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for three substantive credits. The cost for one is $75, $125 for both.
