David Caudill
His article, "Images of Expertise: Converging Discourses on the Use and Abuse of Science in Massachusetts v. EPA," was translated into Chinese for inclusion in a book,
Risk Regulation and Administrative Law (China Law Press). The article, previously published in the
Villanova Environmental Law Journal, was translated and edited for the book by Jin Zining, an administrative law professor at Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School.
Named Chair-Elect of the Evidence Section of the AALS.
Candace Centeno
Presented "Developing Legal Savvy as Clinical Nurse Educator" at the Villanova University College of Nursing's Continuing Education in Nursing and Health Care Program on January 9.
Steven Chanenson
Became Chair of the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing in December. He has been appointed to the Commission by three successive Governors of Pennsylvania, most recently by Governor Corbett.
His co-authored article, "
Reform in Motion: The Promise and Perils of Incorporating Risk Assessments and Cost-Benefit Analysis into Pennsylvania Sentencing," was featured on
Crim Prof Blog on January 1.
