New Group Forming at Villanova Law!!!
Formed by recent graduates, the Young Alumni Committee/Association (working title) exists to foster strong relationships between the Law School and the Law Alumni Association, specifically geared towards current 2nd and 3rd year students and their journey in reaching their first Milestone 5th Year Reunion. The main goals of the group are to instill in law students, the importance of strong, life-long alumni connections and to provide recent alumni opportunities to remain actively engaged through social events, professional networking and service projects.
The Young Alumni Committee’s immediate mission is to provide the principal vehicle for addressing the interests of young alumni and current students, and communicating their ideas and agendas to the VLS Alumni Association (VLAA) as a whole. We are, and will remain, committed in facilitating the implementation of programs relevant to our target constituents.

It's your turn to share your comments and suggestions with us! How do you see the Young Alumni Association operating? What do you expect the Alumni Association to be offering? When someone mentions "Young Alumni," what good deeds do you envision or see? What would you like to see the Young Alumni Association provide that the VLAA does not now offer? We want your feedback, ideas and suggestions to ensure this new group becomes a success! What else would you like to add? Please submit your feedback directly to the Office of Alumni Relations.
Interested in formally naming this new group? We are looking for a name that will easily and concisely describe our mission and vision. If you can come up with a unique name for this newest initiative please send it to the Office of Alumni Relations. If we receive any compelling entries you will have the pleasure of knowing that you named the first ever VLAA sub-group geared specially towards recent graduates. Along with this notoriety, you will receive a prize (TBD) from the Law School as well as being profiled in our August 2012 newsletter! So let us hear your ideas about the group name - Good Luck!
