Dean Speaks at International Law Conference in Turkey
Dean John Gotanda spoke earlier last month at a conference on the "New International Sales Law of Turkey: the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods,” which was held at Bilgi University in Istanbul. The conference brought together leading academics and practitioners from across the globe to discuss with Turkish professors, lawyers and students the International Sales Convention, which was recently adopted by Turkey. Dean Gotanda, who is an expert on damages under the Convention, gave a talk on the awarding of interest under the Convention.
