VLS Students and Grads Play Ball with the Jonas Brothers
Before the Jonas Brothers took the stage at the Susquehana Bank Center, they took the softball field against a team that included Stephen Luttrell (VLS'11 and Moot Court Board Chair), Jarret Hitchings (VLS'10 and former Moot Court Board Chair), Laura Sindoni (VLS'10) and Robert Wood (VLS'11). According to Professor Anne Juliano, who also attended the game, Stephen was asked by Marquis Jet, one of the sponsors of the event, to help field a team to play the Jonas Brothers' team, the Road Dogs, as part of a charity event supporting Allstate's "X the TXT," an initiative to encourage drivers not to text while driving. Borrowing a line from the JoBros to explain why Villanova has a strong tradition of supporting great causes, Professor Juliano remarked, " That's Just the Way We Roll".
