Student Animal Legal Defense Fund
Mission:
The Villanova Chapter of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund (SALDF) is a student organization at Villanova University's School of Law. The SALDF is affiliated with the Animal Legal Defense Fund and shares its mission to protect the lives and advance the best interest of animals through the legal system.
The SALDF is currently made up of three committees: the Community Outreach Committee, the Panel Committee, and the Volunteer Committee. All three committees are overseen by the Executive Board. The Executive Board is comprised of: Michelle Tan-Torres, Kristina Bevenour, Kim Bier, Vincent Campanaro, and Peter Fonash. The SALDF's Faculty Supervisor is Professor Louis Sirico.
