Sports and Entertainment Law Practice

If you choose to pursue a career in Sports and Entertainment Law you will represent athletes and entertainers or their employers, universities, venues, or other participants in this complex industry.  You will need to get a solid grounding in such substantive areas of the law as contracts, torts, antitrust, and labor and employment.  These areas of law intersect to govern the relationships between the key participants in the sports and entertainment industries.  You will also need to be trained in negotiation and to understand the various models of dispute resolution.
