Application
Complete your application to the Program by downloading it and typing directly onto the Application. You will need to submit your Application as a hard paper copy, by regular mail or in person at the offices listed below.
Please read important information on Medical Insurance, Housing, and Program Costs before completing your application. Also, please make sure to complete all steps on the following Application Checklist before submitting your Application:
- Completed Application
- Signed and dated section II -- not required for Villanova or St. Thomas students
- Signed and dated section IX - not required for St. Thomas students
- Letter of good standing (may be sent separately; not required for Villanova or St. Thomas students)
- Check or money order for $250 non-refundable application fee (for Villanova students and students from other institutions)
- Deposit Receipt from the Business Office - documenting the deposit of the $250 non-refundable fee (for St. Thomas students only). Please note: St. Thomas students must print a Deposit Voucher and submit it with their non-refundable application fee.
Application - Deadline: February 15, 2008, or until the Program is filled.
