Computerized Exams - Announcement

If you would like to take your exams on a laptop computer, you must register for & attend one computerized exam software training session each semester before you can use the software for that semester.  A list of this semester's scheduled training sessions are located on our website linked to below.

Our computerized exam software runs on Windows Vista, Windows 7, OS X Leopard, OS X Snow Leopard, OS X Lion, and OS X Mountain Lion.   Windows XP and Windows 8 are NOT supported.  If you have a Windows XP or Windows 8 computer, you may be able to borrow one of our loaner laptops prior to each exam. Loaners are provided on a first come, first serve basis.  If you would like to use one of our loaners, you must still register for and attend one of the sessions below.

You only need to attend one training session each semester.  If you have not yet attended a training session this semester, you must register for and attend one of the sessions listed on the exam training website below.  If you have already attended a session this semester, you do NOT need to attend a new session this semester.  If you attended a session in a previous semester, you DO need to attend a new session this semester. If you are a 1L, you have most likely already attended a session for this semester.

Each session will last approximately 30 minutes.    The registration form for the training sessions can be found at here.

You will need to have your Wildcard to register for a session.  You will also need to bring your Wildcard to the training session and swipe it at the door to confirm your attendance.  Contact the University Wildcard Office if you do not have a Wildcard.

Remember to bring your laptop to training.  If your laptop is not available, you should still attend training and install and test the software once your laptop becomes available.  If you do not have a laptop, or if yours becomes unavailable, and you would like to borrow one of ours, please let me know as soon as possible.

At your training session, we will install the software as a group and make sure it is working properly. We will also review exam day procedures and take home exam protocols. You are not permitted to download or use the software until you have attended a session this semester.

We will offer training sessions on the dates and times listed below.  There will be NO makeup sessions this semester.  The sessions listed below are the ONLY times training will be offered this semester.
