Membership on the Villanova Law Review is highly selective. At the end of each academic year, the Villanova Law Review invites approximately thirty-five students to join its Staff. Selections are made by two methods. First, approximately the top ten percent of the first year class, based on overall grade-point average, receive an invitation. Second, a number of students are chosen based on the results of the Villanova Law Review’s summer write-on competition. All first and second year students are eligible (provided they have not accepted a position on the editorial board of another journal or Moot Court) for the write-on competition.
