ESPN will continue to be the Big East’s primary rights holder. The two parties reached a deal worth $130 million over seven years. The Big East received an offer last week from NBC Sports Network, but ESPN as the current rights holder had one week to match the offer. This deal will continue the Big East-ESPN relationship through the 2019-2020 season.
