Major League Baseball has filed suit against Anthony Bosch and other defendants in the circuit court of the 11th judicial district of Miami-Dade County. The complaint alleges that by Bosch’s clinic selling drugs to MLB players Bosch enabled players to breach their contractual obligations under MLB’s drug prevention and treatment program. MLB seeks to recover damages for its losses suffered including:  loss of goodwill, loss of revenue, and injury to MLB reputation and brand image.
