How can I install the GroupWise Client?
While you are welcome to use the Webmail version of GroupWise while you are away from campus, the network administrators encourage you to install the GroupWise client for daily use. The GroupWise Client is available along with the wireless connection software on a CD which can be checked out from the Law Library circulation desk. It is recommended that you use the CD to install the client at the Law School between 9 and 5, in the event that you encounter any problems with the installation.
How do I create folders?
In GroupWise, a message will remain in your inbox until you either move it or delete it. There is an icon in the Folder list on the left side of the screen labeled "Cabinet" under which you can create folders to keep messages long term.
To create a folder:
- In the Folder List, right-click on the cabinet icon and select New
Folder.
- To create a folder that only you can access, make sure Personal Folder is selected > click Next. Type the name and description for the new folder.
- Click Finish. Skip the rest of the steps.
